We develop productive citizens and leaders through a holistic approach to mentoring youth from minority and low-income communities, by providing access to positive role models, mentors, and programs.

We provide mentoring services because we have charged ourselves with the responsibility to decrease the equity and inequality barriers between minority youths and their counterparts.

Our program services are carried out through four initiatives: Education, Employment, Financial Literacy, and Wellness. We utilize various means including large and small group mentoring and seminars, workshops, field trips, professional networking, and paid internships.
